We have used Scott’s Siding and Remodeling for many different renovation projects over the years. All of the guys are professional, reliable, polite, on-time, and have great innovative ideas about making our project ideas come to life.

We are delighted that we chose Scott’s Siding & Remodeling as he was on time, no delays, no screw ups in material ordered, little or no disruption to household, yard was all picked up and crew was awesome!! Chris is a man of his word, with integrity, honestly and pride in what he does. So, for those of you that need a new roof or remodeling do yourself a favor…call Chris, you will be more than happy you did!!

We had 13 Harvey replacement windows installed in our house. The windows that came out were also replacement windows, but about 30 years old with failing seals. Scott's quoted the job promptly and competitively. The 2- man crew installed them in a day. The installation was top notch, the crew was professional- polite, willing to answer questions, and left the work area nicely cleaned up. We used Scott's Siding for windows and a roof many years ago on another house and were happy to see they are still doing quality work.

If you’re reading reviews then you are in search of a contractor for your project and if you’re like me you rely heavily on other peoples experiences and honesty when deciding. So when I needed a new roof I started asking around. Chris came highly recommended to me by neighbors who said he had done their roof and were very pleased with Chris and his crew. I can say the same….Chris kept me informed, came on time and called the next day to make sure I was happy with the job. The crew was polite, conscientious and clean up impeccable. One big little thing….Mike, who runs the crew, brought to my attention that the DIY chimney was lacking the right flashing and it might still leak. Though they did all they could do to prevent that from happening again it still leaked. I felt bad about calling Chris because the leak had nothing at all to do with the roof but the next day, which happened to be Thanksgiving morning, Mike was back on the roof. He came up with an idea for a temporary fix and came back again to fix it. It worked! If that’s not an example of going above and beyond! Let’s face it today everything costs a lot of money and you want to get what you pay for so just call Chris. You will be glad you did.

I have been a homeowner for over twenty years and have had many contractors work on my home and have never felt the need to write a review until now. There was always that one thing, they were pretty good but... the one thing that made you hesitant to recommend them to friends and family. I can honestly say after working with Chris Scott from Scott's Siding I have no reservations, here is why. He showed up on time for the quote and made suggestions for the job that would ultimately improve the end product while increasing the work for himself. Example: he uses foam insulation under the siding instead of house wrap for a better R value and around the garage door he used composite wood rather than trimming with aluminum because it frequently gets hit and dented and the composite holds up better. His Price is about the same as his competitors even though he is doing this extra work. Our job was an insurance claim which requires a lot of his time working with the adjuster, he even got us more money! I added and changed things a couple times and he was very reasonable in price and schedule. What really made me write this was his crew's attention to details. Every cut was made cleanly and with purpose, at the end of each day the yard was clean and tools stored properly. I noticed things like several discarded pieces of siding that had been cut but not to their liking so they cut a new one because they weren't perfect. During the removal process a few old post lights on my deck had been damaged, before the end of the job they were replaced with new ones I never had to ask. It is all these small things that differentiate a workman from a craftsman. These truly are craftsman and take pride in their work. We had six windows in need of replacement, including complicated jobs such as a large bow window and a large picture window in the basement framed by the concrete foundation. We initially got three quotes, including from Chris Scott, who was kind enough to come out the day before he left for a family vacation. Ultimately, we decided to go with Scott's, who handled everything very well. Chris, his father Gene, and his crew of Don and Jake were always punctual, communicative, and friendly. I felt they looked out for us; a small example was when the dumpster delivery driver placed the dumpster at the end of our driveway, blocking us out. When Don arrived, he called the driver back to move the dumpster closer to the garage so that we could use the driveway while the job was still ongoing. The new windows were installed very well, and were very satisfied with the final result.

They started in mid February & finished by the end of April! Amazing transformation! Chris Scott coordinated the entire project from estimate to scheduling the timeline! His staff & contractors worked together to achieve the goal! The workmanship & professionalism was outstanding! Framing, Electrical, Window & Door Replacement, Vinyl Siding, Plumbing, Insulation, Dry wall, Hardwood Flooring, Tile Work & Interior & Exterior Painting! Scott's siding replaced our old gray siding with a beautiful blue color. We have gotten lots of compliments from neighbors. The crew was fantastic. Scott’s Siding did a fantastic job installing Certainteed vertical board on batten on our new barn. Our building is 28’ by 36’ and they completed the job in 3 days. I cannot say enough good things about this company and my experience with a kitchen/bath remodel. Chris was excellent to work with, quick to respond to email and texts. Don and his crew did an AMAZING job on the demo, reinforcing an exterior wall that was badly leaning, then putting in our new cabinets, windows, and floors. The company brings in plumbers, electricians, painters, etc. to compliment the remodeling crew. They worked quickly and were considerate of the rest of our living spaces. And WOW, what a transformation! You cannot go wrong with Scott's Siding and their crew. They are great to work with.
